Refunds and Damages

Due to the nature of resin miniatures, returns are not accepted for change of mind or issues resulting from normal handling after delivery.

Cigar box accessories are one-of-a-kind repurposed items sold as-is. Cosmetic wear consistent with the item's description is not grounds for return. Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

If any order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
